The PurgElite® inflatable backing gas system has two bladders that are simultaneously filled with formation gas through one connection to expel unwanted oxygen. Equipped with and IntaCall® calibrated outlet valve.

The QuickPurge® inflatable quick-flush systems are available up to as much as 80″ and feature a patented PurgeGate™ overpressure safety device as standard. Over-inflating or rupturing is a thing of the past.

Purge Dams® backing gas valves are compact inflatable systems with inlet and outlet on one side for single-sided sealing and flushing. Safe to use in combination with the optional PurgeGate® pressure relief valve.

The PurgeGate® limits pressure regardless of set gas flow. As a result, inflatable backing gas systems can never be overinflated. Damage due to overpressure is therefore excluded.

Argweld® Heat Resistant backing gas bladders can withstand temperatures up to 300° Celsius for preheating and post welding heat treatment (PWTH) applications.

Sleeves are available for the PurgeElite® made of heat-resistant acrylic fabric to which glass fibre has been added. They are easy to use and provide immediate protection against heat transfer.
